Rail & Structure

Standard Steel, Engineered Support

We build on standard structural shapes rather than proprietary track, so replacement sections and spare trolleys come from ordinary suppliers.

Standard I-Beam Monorail

Standard S-beam sections as the running surface. No proprietary extrusion to source years from now.

Bolt-Together, Welded Drops

Bolted support structure with welded drops, PE-stamped drawings, and published deflection specifications.

Curves & Switches

Curve radii sized to capacity and layout. 1:2 and 1:3 slide switches — pneumatic standard, motorized optional.

Positioning & Flow

The Line Manages Its Own Spacing

Once a load is on the rail, the system decides when it moves. Operators stop being the traffic control for the finishing line.

RFID Positioning

RFID flags and proximity stop kits referenced directly off the rail. Position is absolute, not counted.

Queue & Release

Downstream space fills automatically. Loads release when the next station is ready, not when someone notices.

Multi-Lane Cure Handling

Single, double, or triple load widths through cure — the step that usually defines line rate.

Door Automation

Servo swing doors with torque sensing and oven/vehicle interlocks. Doors open for the vehicle, not on a timer.
