Tractor Systems
Battery-Powered Monorail Tractors
One transport architecture, three tow capacities — and it runs on the rail you already have. Same controls, same safety design, so your maintenance team learns it once.

Controls & Intelligence
Safety-Rated Brains on Every Vehicle
Every tractor carries its own safety processor. Nothing depends on a single stationary controller keeping track of where things are.
Allen-Bradley GuardLogix
Compact GuardLogix safety processor on board every tractor — standard hardware your controls team already knows.
Wireless Safety Comms
Wireless I/O and safety communication to the stationary system.
Safe Torque Off
STO drive with dynamic control over EtherNet/IP, plus a blue transport light on every moving vehicle.
RFID Identity
Unique tractor ID confirmed at queue and process locations — the system always knows which vehicle is where.
Closed-Loop Charging
State of charge monitored, logged, and charge-optimized for battery life.
Ignition HMI
System and vehicle status, location, battery state, and throughput tracking on one screen.
Routing & Interlocks
Switches, Booths, and Ovens on One Sequence
A tractor that can only go in a circle isn’t a system. Routing and process interlocks are standard on every capacity, not an upcharge discovered at quote time.
1:2 and 1:3 Slide Switches
Route loads to parallel booths, cure lanes, staging spurs, or a repair loop. Pneumatic actuation standard; motorized optional.
Booth Interlocks
Entry into classified areas is interlocked to plant ventilation and spray permissives, in batch or continuous mode.
Oven Interlocks & Door Automation
Servo swing doors with torque sensing, interlocked to both the oven and the approaching vehicle — not cycling on a timer and dumping heat.
Queue & Release
RFID flags and proximity stops referenced off the rail let the line manage its own spacing.
Options
Specify What You Need, Skip What You Don’t
The base system moves loads and keeps them safe. Everything below is optional and priced separately — add it at order, or add it later to a system already running.
Part Tracking
Tie individual loads to work orders using RFID vehicle identity and barcode scanning at load and unload.
Reporting & KPIs
Throughput, cycle time, uptime, and battery health logged and reportable by shift, line, or part number.
WMS / ERP Integration
Push load status and completion events to your warehouse or ERP system so finishing stops being a black box.
Remote Support
Secure remote access lets our engineers see your system live — most controls questions get answered the same day.
Scheduled Service
Planned preventive maintenance on a set interval, so wear items get replaced before they strand a load in an oven.
Parts Support
Stocked wear items and spare kits specific to your serial numbers. Request parts →
