KHK Automation LLC runs this site for people who already work with us or want to. We collect as little as we can. Here is what there is.

Forms

When you send the contact or parts & service form, what you type — name, company, email, phone, your message, and any photos or PDFs — goes to the staff who implement and support your project. Nothing is kept on the website itself and nothing is sold or shared with anyone else. We use it only to answer you and follow up.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see page views, how visitors arrive, rough location (city) and device type. Google sets its own cookies (_ga); IP addresses are not stored. Google's privacy policy.

We also use a business analytics service that matches the network a visit comes from to an organization name, so we know which companies look at the site. It identifies organizations, not individuals, and sets one cookie of its own.

Neither is used for advertising. Choosing Decline on the cookie notice turns both off in your browser. To change your choice later, clear this site's cookies and the notice will come back.

Server logs

Like every web server, ours keeps a standard access log (IP address, page, time, browser). We use it for security and troubleshooting and it's rotated by the host.

Your choices
